My client acquired this property as an office building in October 2016. We provided architectural plans, building change of use permits and converted the building to classrooms, offices and labs. We completed and it was occupied in less than 12 months. The renovation included new flooring and ceilings throughout, complete electrical retrofit and new HVAC system, and new stairways and railings.
